    The Solution Delivery team is the largest department of the company consisting of advisory, implementation and integration services as well as project and program management. Our business capabilities bring together strategy, innovation and design that provide our clients with the right technology and business solutions to empower the most critical part of their organization: their people.

  • Career Paths to consider:

    • Consultants that specialize in the implementation of SuccessFactors, Workforce Software and/or AspireHR’s own proprietary solutions. Consultants are cross certified in multiple disciplines.

    • Data Migration and Cloud Integration Consultants function as integrators between a client’s current system and processes, aligning data and incorporating their business needs to implement a customized business solution.

    • Practice Leads manage a group of consultants under a specific discipline, for example: Payroll, Learning or Employee Central. They mentor team members, maintain detailed knowledge of system solutions and lead best practices.

    • Project Managers organizes and executes projects, manages schedules and project resources and communicates effectively with stakeholders.

    • Change Management and Training Consultants provides a strategic vison and maximizes positive impacts of changes through training, solutions advisory and post-change activities to ensure successful implementations.

Managed Services

    The Managed Services team enhances our clients’ capabilities by being an extension of their team, executing and supporting business functions for their HR organization. AspireHR is motivated to provide the best solutions to our clients. Our managed services solution provides scalable support for system maintenance, business process execution and maintenance as well as ad-hoc support requests.

    • Consultants that specialize in the support of SuccessFactors, Workforce Software and/or AspireHR’s own proprietary solutions. Consultants are cross certified in multiple disciplines.

    • Payroll Consultants track hours, calculate and process payments, adhere to state and local tax regulations and process year-end tax forms.

    • Service Desk Technicians provide day to day support to our clients and their employees, being a frontline representative for our IT organization.

Professional Administration (Finance/HR)

    The Professional Administration teams consists of the finance, accounting, human resources and administration. Our strategy is to strategize and optimize our finances, resources, and our people. Our employees are our greatest asset. We have multiple resources and programs in place to uphold our Employees First mentality.     • Financial Analysts gather data, organize information, performs A/P and A/R transactions, processes company payroll and provides general financial support to the organization.

    • Financial Controller oversees daily accounting operations, guides strategic financial decisions and ensures financial and payroll compliance.

    • Human Resources manages the employee life cycle (recruiting, onboarding, training and development), benefits administration, policy interpretation and employee engagement.
