What does the interview process consist of?

  • An initial phone screen is conducted by Human Resources. We rely on technology to perform video interviews as majority of our roles can be based anywhere in the US. If a candidate is local, or if the role is based in our Corporate office, in-person interviews will be a part of the process. Candidates will have a technical interview with the hiring manager and other key members after the phone interview. Next steps include an interview with our Executive Leadership Team.

  • Ensure you connected to and have a strong WiFi signal
  • Be ready to speak to your technical strengths, certifications and background. 
  • Prepare to share areas where you can improve – no one is perfect!
